The Parking Manual is an independent English-language guide to Car Park Capital. It is not an official wiki and is not affiliated with its developer or publisher.
How to read our guides
Official information comes from the Steam store, developer announcements or a reply marked as a developer response. Video-supported notes refer to reviewed captions and timestamps. Community reports describe what a player experienced; they are not automatically confirmed mechanics or fixes.
What we have verified
We reviewed official information, community discussions, a blueprint tutorial and selected gameplay captions. We have not personally run the game or reproduced the reported bugs. A checklist is identified as a suggested inspection method when its outcome has not been tested.
Dates and changes
This edition was prepared on October 12, 2026, using material dated October 8–12 and older official development notes. Early Access updates may change behavior. Each guide links to its sources so you can inspect the current discussion.
Images and video
The Car Park Capital logo and game screenshot are official promotional assets sourced from Steam, credited to Hilkojj Interactive / MicroProse. They illustrate the game and do not document our own testing or imply endorsement. Our parking-bay and fuel diagrams are original explanatory artwork. Video links open the creators’ original uploads; full transcripts are not republished.
